I try to open a try for free version of Business Central and get this message. How do I fix this error? (Country South Africa)

You should select a different country to use free trial version and see if it works. For SA you can also create the test sandbox environment

Hello,

To activate a D365 BC SaaS environment as Partner localization tenant you need to contact a Microsoft partner to receive 25 seats of Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium Trial ( free subscriptions) .

Once activated, Microsoft CSP provider should be able to spin off a D365 BC SaaS environment from Microsoft partner center tool using GDAP permissions .

Please note that GDAP relationship is mandatory to be activated in order to receive from Microsoft CSP ( Direct or Indirect ) on customer AAD the D365 BC trial or paid subcriptions.
