Dataverse sync is not deleting the corresponding BC record when the record is deleted on CRM

Hi,

We created a new custom table on BC SaaS to sync a custom table on CRM using the dataverse.

This is a bi-directional table sync, with Insert/Modify working fine, but not when a record is deleted from CRM, BC does not delete it from its table.

I tried coupling the records, but no luck. It just skips the sync and needs to handle them differently.

Does this mean that we got to customize to enable the deleting?

Your answers will be much appreciated.

Yes, I think Deletion does not handle only modify and Insertion allow with Dataverse connection, you need to customize that solution so that I can delete old or not required data from BC.

Try using the 'Delete Records' action from the 'Coupled Data Synchronisation Errors' page
