Deployment Manager throws error on trying to create new Organisation

Hi

When attempting to create a new Organisation in Deployment Manager after Select SQL Server option the MMC app throws an error - MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it.

Anyone else seen this and know how to diagnose/fix?

Thanks

Have you tried using "Run As Administrator" on the deployment manager and explicitly elevating access?

Yes I have - thanks though

For what it's worth this issue was tied in with another issue we were having regarding using a SQL HA listener.

How about sharing the solution ?
