Sync Issue: Business Central Customer Price Group & CRM PriceLevel (OOB Functionality)

Hello,

I am working on integrating the "Price List Header" table from Dynamics 365 Business Central with the "CRM PriceLevel" in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The integration works well for most fields, and all data is synchronizing as expected.

However, I am facing an issue with one specific field: the "Customer Price Group" (Source No.) in Business Central is not mapping to the "Assign Customer Price Group" field in the "CRM PriceLevel" entity.

To clarify:
In Business Central, the field is "Source No." in the "Price List Header".
In the CRM PriceLevel entity, there is a custom lookup field called "Assign Customer Price Group", which is linked to a custom table called "Customer Price Group".
While data for other fields syncs properly, this specific custom field does not seem to update during the integration process.

What is the process to integrate custom tabel field with out of the box functionality

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to ensure proper synchronization of the "Customer Price Group" custom field custom between these two systems?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

Do you debug with AL developer? as I don't see any reason you should able to map. Could you please confirm which version of Business Central you're using and whether you're utilizing the upcoming price table?

    Thanks
    Ramesh
