Setting up alerts

HI,

I manage the queues in my organization and want to set up alerts for my team, so that when I create a case for them an alert is sent to them that something has been created and assigned to them. We need the same to happen when a case is assigned from one user to the other.

How is this possible. Please suggest.

You can write a workflow to send Email Notifications to new owner. Make Sure workflow runs only when a case is assigned.

We can use OOB workflow to send an email to the record owner. when a case is created or any

record is been assigned.
