Document number is not populating for few of the entries on Posted Approval Entries page on Dynamics BC.
What could be possible reason of this issue and what/how should I populate the missing Document number?
Hello,
If you don't get further responses to this issue, you may want to raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.
It is probably because the G/L register it self never are assigned any document number.
So i do not think you will ever see a document number for those because they will anyway be a collection of possibly many different document numbers.
