How to Display Email Address in activities From Address?

Hi All,

Some customers are sending an emails from external outlook/email to existing Queues in Dynamics 365 online. From address it's displaying Name and same time related contact also created automatically.

Please guide me how to proceed further.

check the email settings under personal options

Uncheck automatic creation of records to stop creating contacts automatically.

You can navigate to personal options using the gear icon as shown below
