SharePoint is not saving updated files with previously deleted names

Hello, it appears there is an issue with SharePoint regarding saving files, particularly with PowerPoint. I spent hours working on a PowerPoint presentation. With autosave enabled, I uploaded the file to my Microsoft Teams, using the name of a previously deleted file. However, upon opening the new file, it reverted to the previously deleted version, and all my recent work was lost. Is there a way to recover this file, and can we report this ongoing problem to Microsoft?

Yes, there is an issue with Sharepoint regarding saving files. If we upload a new file with the name of the previous deleted file and try to open the new uploaded file it shows the old file. We also faced the same issue when we were trying to add the images from Email to sharepoint.
Solution - Open the file in the new tab and just refresh the tab, you will get to see the new updated file.
