"Contact Name" Suddenly aapearing on Ship To Address on Invoices, Packing, Picking Slips

After upgrading to GP2015, Contact Name suddenly appearing on Invoice, Packing & Picking forms.  They are modified reports.  How would this suddenly appear and how to I stop it from printing on forms?  I would think I would have to modify the report again but not exactly sure.

    When I compare my calculated Ship to Address Line 1 calculated field on gp2010, it appears as below.

    FUNCTION_SCRIPT(rw_SelectAddrLine1""SOP_HDR_WORK.Address 1SOP_HDR_WORK.Address 2""""SOP_HDR_WORK.CitySOP_HDR_WORK.StateSOP_HDR_WORK.Zip Code"" )

    On GP2015 it appears as

    FUNCTION_SCRIPT(rw_SelectAddrLine1""SOP_HDR_WORK.Contact Person

    SOP_HDR_WORK.Address 1SOP_HDR_WORK.Address 2""""SOP_HDR_WORK.CitySOP_HDR_WORK.StateSOP_HDR_WORK.Zip Code"" )

    So yes there was a change. If you do not want the Contact Person information you will need to remove this from the calculated field.

    Yes and thank you.  I would need to set up separate Ship To addresses for this to be a benefit.  I will have to get rid of.
