Free up storage space: Table "UserQueryBase"

Hello,

I am currently working on reducing our storage capacity and one of our top 10 storage cause tables is the "UserQueryBase".

This currently occupies ~8 GB in our production environment. 

Does anyone have experience with this table and can answer the following:

  1. when is this table filled? 
  2. how can this table be reduced?

    Answer- It store the personal views owned by CRM user. 

    2. how can this table be reduced?
    Answer:- You can Bulk Delete Tool of XRMtoolbox with below query

    Thank you for your fast answer.

    I would like to try it out in our test instance and loaded the bulk delete tool. I tried to write down the code like you but it doesnt look like on your end. What did I do wrong here?:

    Click on Validate Query after that it will show Record Count in below highlighted part then click on Delete Records:
