Use of .net in microsoft dynamics

I have completed software engg in 2010. I am now working as software test engineer in small companay in bangalore.
I want to switch my profile from testing to crm dynamics.
I am new to crm dynamics and Any how i want to become an expert in it. Please tell me how should i start in this.
1 Shall i do spome kind of training from some instt or join any company as an intern or self learning.
2 And my main point is how much expert in .net is required to learn MS Dynamics.
3 IS it easy to become CRM Functional consulatant than Technical.(Becoz i am yet to learn .net )
4 Also i am curently working little bit of functional consultant too along with testing.
5 what are the job prospects and future in crm dynamics.
You should start by Downloading the CRM SDK here.
Then follow the Guides provided by Microsoft.Any issue or doubt you can always ask arround.
