epson print head allignment issue

I have purchased an Epson L3110 multifunction printer and faced an issue related to Epson print head alignment for that I am not getting a good quality of printing image.what should I do to resolve this problem?

    Hi!  What version of the Microsoft Dynamics RMS point of sale software are you using?  You can find this in RMS Manager by going to "help" and then "about store operations".  Also, are you using the 80 column / full page templates in RMS to print receipts, invoices, etc?
