Hello,

I have created a new trial account for Dynamics 365 CRM,but instead of getting regular user interface , I am getting Sales HUB .

Is this is the interface we will be getting now onwards? What could be the reasons? And How can I access to Settings?

If I navigate to settings I can only see Processes Section. How Can I access the other options for customizations?8130.T2.png

    Hi

Unified Interface is default but you can get to Old UI if you want, from the url, just remove the App ID part and just enter your instance URL, it will get you to the Old UI.

If you want to get to the Old Settings page from Unified Interface, please click on Advanced Settings, and it will take you to settings that you are familiar with but eventually you will have to get used the Settings in the Power Admin Centre as I assume MS will link the Advanced Settings to the page on Power Admin Centre

Please see below as to how you can access the old system Settings

    Hi Megha,

This is the new UI. And yes, eventually, the classic UI will be gone.

For settings, you can go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com   OR https://admin.powerapps.com OR https://web.powerapps.com

But, as of now, you can switch to classic interface.

    1. go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

    2. select environment

    3. Go to Settings--> behavior, you will find a switch to which will let you open the classic interface
