There are a lot of Inventory based reports, standard, in BC. Here is a short list:
701 Report "Inventory - List"
702 Report "Inventory Posting - Test"
704 Report "Inventory - Transaction Detail"
705 Report "Inventory Availability"
707 Report "Inventory - Availability Plan"
708 Report "Inventory Order Details"
709 Report "Inventory Purchase Orders"
711 Report "Inventory - Top 10 List"
712 Report "Inventory - Sales Statistics"
713 Report "Inventory - Customer Sales"
714 Report "Inventory - Vendor Purchases"
716 Report "Inventory Cost and Price List"
717 Report "Inventory - Reorders"
718 Report "Inventory - Sales Back Orders"
721 Report "Inventory - Cost Variance"
1001 Report "Inventory Valuation"
To show Available Quantity, Unit Cost, and Extended Value, by Item or Groups of Items, you have the Inventory Valuation report. As for historical reporting, you have the Transaction Detail report. If you cannot find a report that meets the requirements, user will turn to Jet Reports or Power BI to accomplish there needs.
