Migrating data (or exporting from CRM 2013 online) because of IUR partner changes

Just a shot in the dark... but is anyone else having to manually migrate their CRM account that has been on a 'legacy platform'? I think this just concerns partners.

We're running into complications and wonder if we're the only one.

For the longest time we were told to just move our billing info over using a wizard. Since it never worked, they contacted us and said they would do it. Long story short, we're having to create a new account via Office365, and migrate everything over.

We're already stuck at just exporting our data in a efficient, complete way.

They never explained why they couldn't do it for us, and then our account was shut down unexpectedly. We got it back up until the grace period is over, the end of June.

Info about the migration is here https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/northamerica/pricing-ordering/pricing-ordering-news/CRMInternalUseRightsGuide

1) So does anyone know a tool or plugin that allows for exporting data from CRM 2013 Online?
2) Is anyone else going through this IUR benefit changes because they've had their CRM on the legacy platform?

Thanks!
Brooke

Thanks so much Nina, for putting me with the right person at Microsoft. With a proper transition manager, we were able to have our data and configurations moved without much effort on our end. We're not operating in the new environment, and everything is working well.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brooke,

Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Communities and providing us the feedback. I can confirm that the Transition process to move an Online organization from the Legacy Platform to the Office365 platform will normally allow us to migrate the data from our end, so that this doesn’t need to be done manually. I am sorry to hear that this wasn’t possible for your particular organization and that you run into complications as a result. I would like to understand more about your experience and see if there is anything I can help you with. We always aspire to further improve our product and services so we very much appreciate your feedback.

Did you have a support case with our teams while working in this regard? If so, could you please provide me the Support Request number to the thread so that we can internally review the status and provide you further information if possible? If you have only email communication in this regard, can you please send us this crmuser14@outlook.com. Please also include the URLs to the affected CRM Online organizations (both from the legacy platform and the Microsoft Online Platform). Please note that this is unofficial email I am providing you and it will be monitored only this week for your particular concern.

Thank you very much in advance.
