Sales Credit Memo Error "Amount must be negative "

Hi

I have unpaid Sales Invoice and I tried to cancel that which system created Sales Credit Memo. Then during the process showed this error message /Amount must be negative in Gen. Journal Line Journal Template Name='',Journal Batch Name='',Line No.='0'./

Now if I try to post that Sales Credit Memo I receive this error message again. I tried with a few more sales invoice and has the same issue.

How I fix this error?

Hi, This is a bit strange, are you using the standard Cancel function? If you still have this error when using standard functions, I suggest debugging it. This may be a customization problem.

PS:

Amount must be negative/positive in Gen. Journal Line Journal Template Name=’GENERAL’,Journal Batch Name=’xxxx’,Line No.=’X0000′
