When you mention an integration, are you using Integration Manager, just to verify?
I can't say that Integration Manager, or really anything other than default emailing from Dynamics GP was tested with O365, so, based on that, I'm not completely sure if it is something we would support, but that being said, some things we have seen cause issues with using O365 accounts with email and workflow emailings, so far, are:
>Using 'modern' authentication on the O365 account and not 'basic' or 'legacy' authentication.
>We've also seen some issues with O365 accounts that have multi-factor authentication on them. While emailing from Dynamics GP doesn't seem to have an issue with MFA, sending workflow emails is hit and miss with it, so something to look into if you're using it.
The best test would be to try the same Integration Manager with a non-O365 account and see if the connection than goes through. If it does, then you know for sure the issue has to do with the O365 account.
It's possible others have tried similar scenarios, so we'll see if anyone else comments on this issue.
