Does CRM online, support the capability of changing a CRM-form into a PDF file that includes all the data in the present fields on the forms. If not, what would be a good solution?

Thanks in advance..

    Hi Suleiman

First of all, hats off to you for thinking of cool ideas.

Now there are several ways to generate documents from your CRM data

Mailmerge - Allows you to create letters and invoices dynamically from your customer data, requires MS Word and Outlook Client to be installed for this to work

New Document Generator in CRM 2016 - Allows you to create documents from your CRM data based on your own OpenXML document templates

You can Also use the XRMToolbox Metadata document generator to create Excel documentations of your CRM Customisations to help track and manage your crm project.

All these documents can then be converted to PDF's

I hope this has helped in answering your questions?

    Kindest Regards, Raz

My goal, is to be able convert a single record to a PDF, if need be. Will this solution be applicable for just one single record?

So, lets say I go into a custom entity I created then clicked on a record. With your answer above will I still be able achieve this on a single record?

Will this be applicable to single record, as well?

    You need pre filtering. (community.dynamics.com/.../enabling-prefiltering-in-ssrs-reports-and-publish-in-crm-online)

This enable you to run a report against either a single record or select multiple from a list of items.
