'Insufficient Permissions' error message when trying to REPLY to email from Queue

Hello,

Users are unable to REPLY to emails from queue but CAN forward emails.

I'm pretty sure it's a security role issue. Below is what I've set up for them:

(As you can see, we don't want users deleting anything). 

All mailboxes for our users has been approved and set up for server-side sync both inbound/outbound.

    I discovered the issue. The append/ append to permissions were not set on the contact. I updated this and the problem has been resolved.
