There is no option or a way to create an invoice. You have to use the same sales receipts, but when press F12 to save you have to select Charge Account option. You must be created the Customer, must be assisgned a credit limit and must be selected the customer into Sales Receipt 1st.

Shahid Ghafoor, We often create an invoice by first making quotes and then closing them by charging to the account (F12, choose the tender for charging to the customer's account). The first receipt (the quote) is discarded and the second is sent to the customer. I've edited the full page receipt to show "Invoice" at the top when in quote mode------------ (IF)(CONDITION) Transaction.Type = transactionQuote (/CONDITION) (THEN)(TEXT) "Invoice" (/TEXT)(/THEN) (ELSE)(TEXT) Transaction.ReceiptTransactionName (/TEXT)(/ELSE) (/IF)------------------- This creates a nicely formated invoice that has a running total at the bottom (previous invoices). Hope this helps!
