Sales Price Integration between Business Central and Sales

Hi everyone,

I have recently setup integration between Sales and Business Central.  The integration is working as expected however the only issue i seem to be having is around the Sales Price synchronisation.

My issue is that i have created multiple Sales Units of Measure for a single product and using the new Sales Price feature i have created teh following Sales Price List

Running the job queue to synchronise the sales price information from Business Central to Sales gave the following error

My question is in Sales should the product exist as a combination of Name and Unit of Measure or could we have the Product setup with a default unit of Measure with the option of being able to select the other Sales Unit of Measure and Sales Prices.

Any assistance of this matter would be gratefully appreciated as unsure to how the actually Sales Price synchronisation works for multiple UoMs for a single product.

Kind Regards

Gurnek

    Hello,

I believe I have seen this before with Customer Price Group. You need to ensure these are synched before or at least the order of synchronization is important.

Anyway, best maybe to raise this via your partner or CSP to Microsoft so we can assist further.

    Thanks.
