I get this issue in Store Operations POS at random events. Have not seen this run time error before. Someone that has a clue?

This error is generally an indication that something is missing from a query, like 'select * from item where [id]=' & somthing & ';", but it could also mean it it lost a data connection (those are the most common) so it begs a lot of questions about your database, how you got your data in there, hoq is your sql connection done, is the open rowset checked on your surface area config ( a common faux pas).
How did you get your data into rms?
Is your network solid?
We need more info.

We have same issue, but after we remove current 401 WS and issue a new one, problem solved....
