New transfer order's transfer status is 'shipped,' and it is not possible to add lines.

Hi Experts,

In one of our warehouses, users face an issue where new transfer orders are automatically marked as /shipped,/ preventing them from adding new lines. This problem is unique to this warehouse, and I'm seeking assistance in identifying and fixing the root cause. Any suggestions?

    Hi,
The related blog mentions that if the item of a shipped transfer order is correct, but the number of lines is too small, the following behavior is not allowed in the system:
    • Unable to modify the line quantity of shipped transfer orders.
    • adding lines to a shipped transfer order is impossible.
The only way is to create a new transfer order in the same or opposite direction to correct any quantity errors.

    Hi Hana Xue,

Thank you for your response. Actually, our issue is different. Since last week, the users of one of our warehouses have been facing a problem: when they create a new transfer order, the transfer order status is marked as 'shipped,' and we are unable to add any lines.

    Hi Navid,

Do you know how the transfer order has been created?

    Hi,
Perhaps you can watch the video in the link below to check the creation of a transfer order. Logically speaking, after the transfer order is created, the transfer status should be created, not shipped. Only when you manually click the outbound button, the transfer status will change to shipped.
