I am facing an issue with my client regarding an authorizing issue after Warehouse Management application setup from Azure.

    An exception occured when authorizing
    Resolved this issue by going into "Edit" of the connection with this error message.  Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and if you see a User that is logged in, logged the user out.  Then cancel the edit to leave the edit screen.  Then retry to connect and your device code should be shown allowing you to move past this error.

    Have you checked differences between the users, their settings and access permission? In case you talk about users, are you referring to multiple instances of the warehouse application to support different legal entities, or the warehouse workers?

    This error is generated for specific users. Other users is able to login this application successfully.

    Did it work before or is this a first-time setup? Have you followed all setup steps correctly?
    Note that there is a change announced for the authentication mode. That is changed to user-based authentication.
