BC Azure OAuth2 App Permissions

Hi Guys

I'm testing connecting to BC APIs from Postman using OAuth2 and all works but not sure about the Azure app permissions required. For example, what's the difference between setting up an app with Delegated permissions vs Application permissions? current settings are as below:

    I assume there are other forums where this is being discussed in details.
