Invoice Capture for Dynamics 365 Finance - installation failed.

Error code
-2147185397

I followed all of the directions as specified from:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/accounts-payable/install-invoice-capture

I attempted this on two different environments (both FnO version: 10.0.35).

Power App pages load just fine, but I have not attempted to configure anything within the app until I can get this error cleared - or at least a better understanding of what the error indicates.

Help is much appreciated.

I did a little poking around, and discovered this was due to a final step of 'installing' the "Finance and Operations Virtual Entity". I had it 'enabled', but not 'installed'. This was corrected by going to: http://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com, select the environment, then Dynamics 365 apps, then from there the "Finance and Operations Virtual Entity" module can be installed (which is an additional step after enabling it).
