MB-280 Learning Path <> Exa

The self-study MB-280 Course in MS Learn seems to be missing 2/3 of the required content required for this new exam - specifically for D365, D365 Sales and D365 Customer Insights-Journeys skills. At first glance, the whole learning path looks like generic PowerApps/Dataverse training, which does not reconcile with the required skills in the Exam Study Guide.

After spending some time following the Study Resources in the Exam Study Guide, the Product Overview pages seemed to point back to this training:
  1. Work with Dynamics 365 Sales Learning Path + Enhance Dynamics 365 Sales with tools and apps (essentially the retired MB-210 Exam Course learning path)
  2. Explore the fundamentals of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  3. Integrate Dynamics 365 Business Central with Outlook
Are these the right modules for the required skills? If not, where can I find training for those? See comparison between the Exam Study Guide and the MS Learn Course below.

Skills at a glance (Exam Study Guide)
  • Implement Dynamics 365 Sales (25–30%) >> Which module/course?
  • Configure and customize Dataverse and model-driven apps (25–30%)
  • Implement the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (10–15%) >> Which module/course?
  • Implement security and customizations in Dynamics 365 Sales (10–15%) >> Which module/course?
  • Demonstrate Dynamics 365 Customer Insights capabilities (10–15%) >> Which module/course?
  • Extend and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities (5–10%) >> Which module/course?

The MB-280 MS Learn modules all appear to be generic Power Apps and Dataverse training with no specific references to D365, Sales or CIJ:
Course: Configure Dynamics 365 customer experience model-driven apps (MS Learn)
  • Get Started Using Dataverse (05:56)
  • Create relationships, business rules, calculations, and rollups in Dataverse (02:23)
  • Customize the command bar in Power Apps (02:01)
  • Visualize, import, and export Microsoft Dataverse data (02:21)

You have the following free courses for MB-280. Why Microsoft is not advertising them I don't know.
Click on the "About" link to get to the walk-through

There's not much material out there on how to study for the exam, but Ey Kalman wrote his thoughts about the beta exams. His notes might point you in the right direction: MB-280: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst » The CRM Ninja

Otherwise, there's not much to do other than get hands-on experience with the product, and try to implement what they ask for in the study guide.
