Is there any standard report which shows Account details -Transactions- with foreign currency ?

You can print the GL Detailed Trial Balance. That will give you the transactions for each GL account with the amounts in the originating currency and the translated amount into your functional currency.
When you check the boxes under Include: Make sure you check Multicurrency Info so that the multicurrency information will print
