There is no other way then to reverse the journal and post it again with correct dates.

You cannot change posted date with a few exceptions. For customer and vendor transaction, you can change the ledger entries due date and discount information. For general ledger, you can use the dimension correction tool.

Posting Date and account are not editable once the transaction is posted.

    Hi,

No. Best practice to reverse the transaction and enter the right transactions.

You can also use the reverse transaction feature if you’re reversing the entire journal

Hi, Microsoft limits the fields that can be modified in General Ledger Entries.

    For example, https://dynamics.tensoft.com/how-to-edit-descriptions-for-posted-entries-in-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central/#:~:text=In%20Dynamics%20365%20Business%20Central,you%20can%20edit%20the%20Description.

This is the most correct control method to ensure data integrity. As mentioned by several experts above, I also recommend you do reverse transaction.

You can try the following features.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
