Movement template - error "Invalid Work Type."

Hi experts,

I am trying to use the movement by template menu item to move stock from a location to the fixed location of the item.

I am getting an error : invalid work type.

Here is my menu:

Here is the template:

I enter the first menu:

Then when I click OK, I get:

However, the work is still generated on the back end and indicates the stock to move to the fixed location.

Why can I not complete this on this menu item? Why is it complaining about the work type?

I have been replicated the process and it went through with out any error, here I have attached the complete setup for your reference

Mobile device menu item

Mobile Device Menu

Work Template setup

Edit Query on work template

Wave Template

Location Directive

Location Directive Actions Edit Query

Worker

Onhand inventory before transaction

Mobile Emulator Process

Qty to be move Updated

After click OK

Ensure Pick location, Qty and click OK..

After click OK

License Plate updated by system

Put Location Confirmation

After click OK

After Complete Transaction Current Inventory

Transaction Details

I run through complete process, Ensure your setting and process once again.

Thanks but this is not the process I want.

I only want to use 'movement by template' and not have work generated from it. I want the work to be executed in the single menu item. To achieve that, you untick 'create movement'. Then when you try the process, it falls over.

This I have seen in previous scenarios so it is possible, just not sure why this error is occurring.

Here the mobile device setup, I have 3 movement mobile device menu items, try to replicate this,

I have setup in location directive but not in work template, try to remove your work template for time being and execute the process.
