Report showing Opportunities grouped by Teams

Hi together,

I got a question concerning building a report showing "Opportunities".

This report should show opportunities grouped by "Teams".

Now I know, that a record is owned by either a "User" or an "Owner Team". And it is possible to group by "Territory".

But is there nonetheless a way to group by Teams? Or does any other solution or tool exist to solve this problem?

    Hi Mick,

    Did you try to group by owner? I think this should work. If you just want to show the opportunity which are owned by team and not user then you can have additional check in the main filter to include only teams opportunity (i.e. owning Team (team) )

    Yes, I did. Of course this worked.

    But to say it easier: is it possible to show all opportunities of users who are in one team?

    Example: it got five teams (not owner teams, just teams)

    I want to see all opportunites of Team 1.

    Is this possible?

    I know that a record is owned by a BU/User/OwnerTeam and not by - like in this example - Team 1. But that's the problem I wanna/got to solve.

    Now I thought about a required custom field that gets the Teamname (or a link to that) to be filled out by the user who's creating/updating the record to get a possible to filter records. Any other ideas?
