REST API to get the list of all the security roles on a record
    Hi Partner,
    On a particular record?
You can't get the security roles for a particular record, you can only view the accessible security roles for the table where a particular record resides.
In the security role, Table privileges define which tasks a user with access to a table record can do, such as Read, Create, Delete, Write, Assign, Share, Append, and Append To.
    Web API:
--Dataverse REST Builder tool can help you build code and convert to fetchxml
1)Get privilege id based on name, table privilege name likeï¼› PrvReadAccount
     --Execution result:
2)get security role id based on privilege id
-- --Execution result: you can get list of role id
3)Retrieve security role name based on role id:

I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
