Lookup PO by items does not exist field list in Action Pane

Hi All,
 
Hope all are doing well.
 
Greetings of the Day!!
 
During the setup to create the Mobile device menu items like Lookup PO by Items in the action pane /Field list/ are not reflecting.
 
When generating a Lookup PO by items in the mobile device menu, the /Field list/ does not appear in the Action Pane.
 
 
   
 
 
 
 
Version: 10.0.35
 
Role: Warehouse manager - All permission and duties are there.
 
Please let me know any suggestions or advice to fix this issue.
 
Kindly let me know do i missing any setups or configuration.

    Hi Shariff,
     
    Can you check if you have the privilege Maintain data inquiry field list in this environment and if this is linked to the duty Enable warehouse operation process? In my environment running on 10.0.37 preview, the security is available. I don't know if this security is available in all versions. As this is quite new functionality, maybe in a specific version, the security for the menu item was not part of the standard application. 
     
    If you miss the security objects, then you can customize or configure the security until you update to a version including the correct security.

    We don't have the privilege Maintain data inquiry field list in our 10.0.35 version and we are looking for an alternative solution to fix this issue.
     
    Could you please let me know any suggestions or advice to fix this issue?

    Hi Shariff,
     
    I noticed that the standard privilege is available as of 10.0.37. In a 10.0.36 environment this privilege is not present. To overcome the issue now, you can add permissions to the menu item either via development or the Security configuration form.
    You can create a new privilege for the menu item WHSMobileDisplayDataInquiryFieldList and grant the required permissions. Then link the privilege to a duty or a role directly.

    Hi Shariff,
     
    From the last screenshot you shared, you can click the Create new action to create a new privilege. From this new privilege, click on Display menu items and then Add reference. Then find the menu item as you shared in your screenshot and provide grant access for the permissions the user would need to have. 
    Once you did this, you can either click from this privilege on the reference Duties or Roles. You can then create a new duty or add the privilege to an existing duty. You can also add the privilege as a reference directly to a security role.

    I added this privilege to the Enable warehouse operation process job, but it isn't working, and I can't access the Filedlist view in the Lookup PO by items Menu.
     
    Could you please check and let me know what I'm missing?
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    I followed your recommendations, however, when I look for the Field list in the Lookup PO by Items, it does not appear.
     
    Please let me know of any solution.

    Hi Shariff,
     
    I do see two unpublished objects. Have you actually published your changes? You can review the pending objects on the tab Unpublished objects. On the same tab, you can publish the changes. Or use the 'Synchronize all' button.

    Yes, I have published all pending items and synchronized them all, but the Field list option is not displayed for the Warehouse Manager Role, and have added that privilege to the duty as well.
     
     
     
    Can you please check the below-mentioned snapshot I can't able to see the Field list button.
     
     
     
     
    Should I add the below-mentioned menu items to this privilege?
     
     
     
    Please suggest to me what should i do to fix this issue.

    Have you added the display menu item WHSMobileDisplayDataInquiryFieldList as stated in one of my first replies? That is the one with missing permissions. I now see that your screenshot is highlighting another menu item.

    I have added WHSMobileDisplayDataInquiryFieldList this privilege to the Enable warehouse operation process duty.
     
    And i cant able to see the Display menu items as WHSMobileDisplayDataInquiryFieldList.  Please check the below screenshot.
     
    I have checked in the Add reference also but i can able to see only in the Privilege which i had added.
