I get this error message when trying to post a Physical Inventory Journal. I ran "Calculate Inventory and it populated the fields. It shows I have 5 calculated and I physically counted 0.

If I attempt to post the 0 that were counted It says that the QTY in the Bin is 0.

I checked the BIN Contents and it is correct. However in my calculated amount says different.

How do i reconcile the difference between the Qty. (Calculated) and the quantity on the Bin Contents?

I have the same question (0)

Did you check this item's transactions between Item Ledger Entry and Warehouse Ledger Entry?

    Hi Addision1,

Please check the following suggestion to resolve your issue:

    *  Try to use "Calculated Whse. Adjustment" function from the Physical Inventory Journal - > Action.

    *  Try to use Whse. Phys. Inventory Journal instead of Physical Inventory Journal.

    * Try to compare "Item Ledger Entries" with "Wharehouse Ledger Entry" to see the difference.

Do you use Physical Inventory journal or Whse. Physical Inventory Journal ?

If you use warehousing (bin, pick, etc), you need to use Whse. Phys. Inventory Journal.
