GAMIFICATION - Unable to manage roles or to play as an admin ?

Hello,

We juste set up Gamification for DYnamics 365 and I have 2 issues :

  • we cannot change the role of our admins
  • I can't play in a game that I manage

Do you have any ideas ?

    If you setup the game as a commissioner you will not be able to play the game. The games should be setup by someone who is not going to play.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer ! So I can't be a Manager (Commissioner) and play with my team ? I don't get the logic :(

    The other topic was : I can't change the role of a Commissioner ... How to do that (turning his role back to simple user for example) ?
