I can't figure out where in CRM to delete my personal Charts. I've checked in the Advanced Find and in the Chart designer and nothing. Any advice?

To delete charts, you need to delete from Entity Customization.
Settings --> Customization --> Customize the system
then select entity where chart is and from charts menu remove chart, save and publish your customization..
That only deletes the system charts. I need to delete my personal charts. The ones only I see under My Charts
I think from user interface it is not possible, but using SDK you can delete personal charts.
Charts are stored in "userqueryvisualization" entity, you can use this entity in SDK to get and delete personal charts.
Go to the entity view where you created the chart, and expand the charts area. Select the chart that you want to delete and click on the ...
From there choose the option "Delete Chart"

You will get the option to delete the chart when you create it from the more option (3 dots..) see above screenshot.
