Hi community. Im sorry if this has been asked before...
My organisation has office365 and uses Sharepoint as a base for sharing information. My group was recently put in charge for making a portal of different education manuals for a computer program we are using. Because Sharepoint Modern itself doesnt give too many options of making nice looking lists, I turned to Powerapps. After a couple of tries and errors I made 8 apps putting them on the same Sharepoint site for easy access. But... People cant use my apps because of permition failure. I can manually share the apps, so that single user can see them on the Sharepoint site, but because my organisation holds about 5000 different users I would like a better way for them to access my apps! I can *send to all*, but still I would need to send 8 emails to every singel worker for this to work. Please tell me, there is another way...
Everyone in my organisation has office365 with both Sharepoint and Powerapps.
Sorry for my bad english...
