Good day All,

I'm using laptop that supporting windows 11 with the processer of Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 125U 1.30 GHz, I'm trying to install windows 11 but I facing this error

What I do now ?

Hi, I install the latest CU every month. A more convenient way is to use a new instance name for SQL in addition to the BC instance name during installation, and then uninstall the old one.

✅ Quick Fixes:

Run the installer as Administrator
Right-click the setup file → Run as administrator. This bypasses UAC-related permission issues.

Use a SQL user with sysadmin permissions
If you're using Windows authentication, make sure your Windows user is explicitly added as sysadmin in SQL Server — not just through a group.

Turn off UAC temporarily
Open Control Panel → User Accounts → Change User Account Control settings → Slide to "Never notify" → Reboot and retry install.

Ensure SQL Server is running and accessible
