Dynamics 365 Business Central Licensing Issues

Hello. There is a requirement for a customer to purchase Business Central perpetual licenses (Onetime payment). Our company is a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and we would like to know if we are able to provide these perpetual licenses and how the pricing happens. At the moment we have been selling subscription-based licenses of Business central.

    On-Premise licensing requires a Partner Source Business Center (PSBC) account.  You'll likely have to fill out some agreements with Microsoft to establish the PSBC account number (which is different from your CSP number).  Once you get the agreements in place you should be able to license the on-premise version.

    Hi,
     
    A perpetual software license is a software license agreement that has an "infinite" term. The license is paid for once and does not need to be renewed.
    CSPs can sell perpetual software through Partner Center.
    The terms and conditions for partners to transact in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program can be found in CSP Program Guide:
