Integration Manager 10 not working for all integrations

First, my apologies if you see this twice - I posted this first on the newsgroups before I remembered they were going away....

Anyway...

Setup is GP 10/IM 10 running on Citrix for the clients. I'm the IT person, 
running GP on my laptop.

For some reason, only one of the integrations is not working - the one that 
updates our chart of accounts.  All the other integrations work fine - SOP 
entry and cash receipts entry.  They use IM on a daily basis, mostly for the 
SOP and cash receipts; the COA is used only rarely. When the client chooses 
the COA integration, then Run, nothing happens.

I tried running the integration myself, and received a "you don't have 
permissions to these tables" error, which I expect considering I have only limited permissions because of my IT role.

So, what's going on?  We upgraded to GP 10 about two years ago and I tested 
all the integrations then; nothing seemed to be a problem.  Is there some 
permission I need to set for these users somewhere?  As far as I can tell, 
they have all the requisite Financial / Account permissions.  No error occurs - just, nothing.

    Was this ever fixed?  My client is on GP2010 and they are experiencing this same problem with Integration Manager.

    That was it!  I created a Quick Link for my client and then she had no problem running the integration.  I'm sure I probably ran across this issue a couple years ago when I was in the midst of the upgrade, but since then everything's run so smoothly, I've gotten out of the GP loop.....

    There is a known issue trying to execute an integration via the Run Integration option under MSDGP > Tools > Integrate in version 10.0. This issue appear to still be open even after Service Pack 5 and the workaround is to create either a shortcut on the Home Navigation Bar or a Quick Link as you did.

    Possibly.  I'm not sure, because I also set up a hyperlink on the homepage to Run Integration for them.  I know I'm using my hyperlink.

    Are they trying to access the integration via the MSDGP > Tools > Integrate > Run Integration menu by any chance?

    The error I (as an IT person) encountered was "You don't have security privileges to open this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance."  Like I said before, I expect that error, as I don't have permissions to enter Financial Account card data.

    However, the primary problem is that the business people are clicking Run to run the integration and nothing is happening.  No IM windows open at all.
