Workflow - can email show details of computer checks?

If I am setting up a Workflow for Payables Batches, specifically for computer checks, is it possible that the email that is sent to the Approver show the details of the checks that are in the batch?

Or does the approver have to log in to Dynamics GP to see that level of detail?

    The only additional fields I see that can be added onto the WF ASSIGN PM APPROVAL email notification are fields such as Batch ID, Origin, Times Posted, etc., I don't see anything currently that relates to computer check information.

    At this point, I'd say the approver would need to log into Dynamics GP to see that level of detail, as we only have the fields available to the email notifications, as mentioned in the Message Setup window, for Workflow 2.0.

    thank you for taking the time to reply.

    In a demo, I saw a link in the email body that was called View Details.   So I thought that clicking that would show the individual check details.  Is that not right?

    In the email notification, there is a drill down link that they can use, as long as they are on a machine that has Dynamics GP open and logged into that same company database. What that link will do is bring up that payables batch, so they can view the details.

    So, they could view the batch that way, but the information won't be in the email notification itself.
