Word Templates are not working on mobile Dynamics 365 App

Hello,

I've prepared a Word Quote Template on my trial system (demo for a potential customer). It works perfectly in web version but after I tried to generate document from a template on a mobile device (iPad) I got this message:

So is there any workaround to fix that? I'm 100% sure that I presented this functionality on v8.2 but as far as I'm concerned you CAN'T get 8.2 trial any more and generating document in mobile app is really important for my potential customer...
