Version 24 Postponed

Hello,

This morning I noticed in my environment that the update to version 24.0.16410.17628 has been postponed. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the updates failing with /Error: Update failed with an internal error FirstPartyUpgradeLogic and is being investigated/ and /Error: Update failed with an internal error./

Anyone have any information on when this issue may be resolved? I can't find anything about this from Microsoft and I don't have the right /plan/ to open a support case.

We attempted to update one our Sandboxes last week (23/04/2024) to Version 24 to begin testing for our Production update and it failed - we spoke with our Capgemini Consultant who asked us to reattempt the update again last week which we did and that also failed and again just overnight when we were asked to reattempt the update for a third time. Our consultant has just come back to us as they have raised the issue with Microsoft and now believe the issue needs to be escalated as another customer in AUS has reported the same issue. We are a NZ based customer.
