    Business Central 2023 wave 1 (BC22): Set up and sync master data across companies (Master data management)
     
    Or consider customization, such as the following example
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: How to copy Item Picture from one company to another – Customization

    Hi,
     
    If you want to keep a synced copy of the master record between companies, then use Master Data Management. 
     
    With Master Data Managment you can maintain a true synced master in other companies as of the parent company.
     
    If you just want to create a copy of record in other company which later can be different in future, then write a customization to copy document between companies.
