CRM - How do I edit/view the subset criteria used in duplicate detection job?

Hello, community,

Can you let me know how to edit/retrieve the criteria subset after you create the duplicate detection jobs? Basically, I am talking about step 2 when you create a duplicate detection job.

The person who created these jobs has left the company and I have to view what criteria they used to filter the subset in the duplicate detection jobs. If I cannot edit the criteria, is there at least a way to view what the criteria set behind the jobs?

    You will be able to edit. Navigate to Data Management-->Duplicate Detection rules

    Unpublish the respective Duplicate Detection rule and now you should be able to edit the Duplicate Detection rule criteria...

    I am not looking into editing Duplicate Detection rules but the Duplicate Detection jobs.

    Data Management -> Duplicate Detection Jobs

    Hi TasGaz,

    I checked and found that there are options to check the conditions for the "Duplicate Detection Rules" but for the "Duplicate Detection Jobs", there are no OOB navigation available in CRM.

    Please let us know if you find any clarity on this.

    try to contact the person who created these jobs, otherwise it would be very difficult for you to view the criteria behind the jobs
