EventBrite and Boomset accounts

Hi all,

I am currently demoing eventbrite and boomset as we need a new event portal to integrate with CRM Dynamics 2015.

To test them I needed to set up an account with eventbrite and the boomset as it is the add on.  I was wondering do you know if your CRM Dynamics users need to have an eventbrite and boomset account before you integrate with CRM Dynamics? Or once you integrate it is just a log in through CRM Dynamics?

Many thanks

Michelle

    Michelle,

It really depends on how you are integrating the other systems with CRM and if that info is allowed for view/edit by the eventbrite/boomset without login.

To test the integration (a good fit scenario), if you have had to create login account to the other systems then I would assume the kind of integration you have will need them too. But really, having some technical detail will help
