Hello,
I'm writing just to know if there's a way to automaticcally
export i.e. Accounts in Microsoft CRM 2013, automatically,
in sheduled times.

Few options:
third party options :
1. Scribe
2.Kingsway
CRM SDK :
1. Create a console application to export data and schedule it to run at the required time ( best option personally)

Nope, no out of the box configuration is available to achieve a scheduled export.
the last option is actually CRM only using CRM SDK.
