One of my users was trying to pull out report from Customer > Statements.
When she tried to do filter, she encounter a few AR numbers not appearing and each time she searched, she will encounter this error.
Hope that someone can advise me on this.

Filters I refers to this. You got to play around before you can find the result you want.
Not sure if you need to do this, I also need to pull the star date to an earlier date.

Hi Dirk, thanks. I managed to understand why. It was due to different filters.
For the AR numbers which are not appearing ... please check
- are there entries which you think should appear on the report
- do these customers use a different/specific "Document Layout" ... sending emails .... send to email address is filled ?
