Navision 2018 Error: No data exists for the specified report filters

Hi,

One of my users was trying to pull out report from Customer > Statements.

When she tried to do filter, she encounter a few AR numbers not appearing and each time she searched, she will encounter this error.

Hope that someone can advise me on this.

    For the AR numbers which are not appearing ... please check

    -  are there entries which you think should appear on the report

    -  do these customers use a different/specific "Document Layout" ... sending emails .... send to email address is filled ?

    Hi MS@C,

    Filters I refers to this. You got to play around before you can find the result you want.

    Not sure if you need to do this, I also need to pull the star date to an earlier date.

    Thank you for your response! I go to Customers, then go to report, then go to Statement and I don't have the same options as you show:
