The requirement is that materials are blocked from being entered in a sales order if excluded. (Message to be displayed “Material is excluded from purchase by this customer”)
If an inclusion is used all materials not in the inclusion list are blocked from being entered in the sales order. (Message to be displayed “Material is not in the inclusion list for this customer”)
Material listing and exclusion lets you control which materials specific customers may or may not buy.
For example, if you create a material listing for a specific customer, the customer can only order products from that list.
You can also create a master record for material exclusion for a particular customer.
Then the customer can not order excluded materials from you.
Inclusion List The customer can only purchase products in the list.
Exclusion lists The customer can not buy any product that is excluded from them.
