Item Inventory - General Posting Setup does not exist

When trying to change item inventory receiving this error: "The General Posting Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Gen. Bus. Posting Group='',Gen. Prod. Posting Group='HANDEL19' "
 
Got this error already in third company account, and could't find the problem

    That usually happens when the combination Gen Bus. posting Group (blank) and General product posting group (RAW MAT) is not setup in general posting setup. 

    Add a record there like the one i have marked in red and complete it with necessary G/L account numbers.

    but in our case it was not RAW MAT group but 'HANDEL19' that was in the error.

    You need the setup for combination where Gen. Bus. Posting group is blank when You are posting inventory through journals, because there is no Vendor/Customer involved.

    this is a common error. Often happens when user creates new gen. product group and forgets to add a row in the posting setup page
